Leaders in Care are working with an Ofsted Outstanding rated Independent Fostering Agency on the South Coast of England, for an experienced practitioner to join their well-established Fostering service as a Supervising Social Worker.

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for supporting and managing approved foster carers, assessing special guardians, and ensuring support plans are in place, working with children’s social workers to achieve permanence, either through long-term fostering or special guardianship.
Minimum Requirements: You must possess a social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
