A leading non-profit fostering organization is seeking a Senior Supervising Social Worker for a home-based role in Yorkshire and the North-East. This position involves supporting foster families and ensuring compliance with legislation, while offering flexible working opportunities, a generous benefits package, and the chance to make a difference in the lives of children in care.
£37,088 per annum (increasing to £41,208 after 18 months service) + £750 per annum Homeworking Allowance + £1,500 per annum Out of Hours Allowance

Hour: 35 Hours per week – Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: Homebased – Yorkshire based. Applicants should be able to travel across Yorkshire and the North-East for home visits to support carers and children. Travel also requires the post holder to attend staff meetings and team away days.
