The Best Connection is hiring Warehouse Operatives for the PM shift in a chilled distribution environment in Aylesford, Kent. You will join a busy team responsible for order picking, packing and dispatch, with training provided and opportunities for progression.

The role operates in a cold environment (0°C to 3°C) and requires reliability and the ability to work to targets. Candidates should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Warehouse Operative - PM Shift (Chilled Environment)

Location: Aylesford, Kent

Shift: 14:00 - 22:00 (PM Shift)

Pay Rate

• 14:00 - 18:00 - £13.05 per hour
• 18:00 - 22:00 - £15.80 per hour

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced Waitrose distribution environment. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking to build a career within logistics.

You will be working within a chilled warehouse environment (0°C to 3°C), supporting the smooth running of operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently.
