The Best Connection Group Limited in Aylesford, Kent is seeking Warehouse Operatives for the PM shift in a chilled distribution environment. You will pick, pack and dispatch orders in a 0°C to 3°C setting, within a Waitrose distribution site.

You must be reliable with a strong work ethic and be able to work independently or as part of a team. The role offers steady PM shifts (14:00–22:00) with a two-rate pay: £13.05/hour before 18:00 and £15.80/hour 18:00–22:00, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a cold environment (0–3°C).
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Willing to work evening PM shift.
