Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to our customers while performing a variety of shop-keeping tasks to ensure efficient and productive operations.
• Stock replenishment - ensuring shelves are full and products are correctly placed for customers.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery drivers.
• Reducing wastage through product due diligence and markdowns on items reaching their sell-by dates.
• Supporting the wider shop team, including checkout support, managing Click & Collect orders, fulfilling on-demand customer orders, and more.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Effective communication skills to work well as part of a team and with customers.

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Experience in a customer-facing role is welcomed.
• Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends.
• Flexible approach to support the entire branch.
