Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve a variety of shopkeeping tasks to keep the operation running smoothly, including:

• Stock replenishment—ensuring shelves are full and products are correctly placed for customers.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
• Reducing wastage through product due diligence and markdowns on nearing expiry items.
• Supporting the wider shop team with checkout support, managing Click & Collect orders, fulfilling customer requests, and more.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.

Essential skills/experience you'll need

• Effective communication skills to work well with team members and customers.

Desirable skills/experience you may have

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge and interest in food and drink trends.
• Flexible approach to support the branch as needed.
