In addition to the pay stated, you will receive a shift premium for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00. This will be paid at the pay range minimum rate for your role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent service to our customers while performing shop-keeping related tasks to ensure efficient and productive operations.
2. Stock replenishment: ensuring shelves are full and products are correctly placed for customer convenience.
3. Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
4. Reducing wastage through product due diligence and markdowns on items nearing their sell-by date.
5. Supporting the wider shop team, including checkout assistance, managing Click & Collect orders, and fulfilling on-demand customer orders.
6. Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment through general shopkeeping tasks.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Effective communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction.

Desirable Skills/Experience

Hours are part-time across seven days, including weekends, between 20:00 and 06:00, totaling 22 hours per week (4 shifts of 5.5 hours each).
