Job summary

RAC is looking for a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic based in Greater London. In this role, you will provide roadside assistance, ensuring members are safely back on the road. Offering a competitive salary of £55,869 annually with the potential to earn up to £61,000, the position requires flexibility with working hours falling outside of usual 9-5.

Qualifications

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and open to travel with overnight stays, if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide roadside assistance to RAC members.
• Diagnose vehicle faults and offer solutions.
• Manage tools and equipment, ensuring van is stocked.
