Job summary

The Labour Group is recruiting a Construction Manager for a prestigious super prime residential project in Oxfordshire. The role focuses on delivering high-end finishes, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining safety and programme discipline on site.

Candidates should have 3+ years as Site or Construction Manager, with experience in super prime residential projects and valid SSSTS/SMSTS. A construction qualification is essential, with strong leadership and communication skills to manage

Qualifications

Minimum of three years' experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager.
Experience in high-end or super prime residential sector is essential.
Valid SSSTS or SMSTS.
A relevant construction qualification.
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage demanding specifications and deliver exceptional quality.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works progress safely, efficiently and in line with the programme.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams.
Maintain the highest standards of workmanship, with particular attention to detail and finishes.
Monitor progress, resolve site issues and report against key milestones.
Liaise with the project team, consultants and client representatives.
Oversee site health and safety, quality inspections and snagging through to handover.
