TLG Infrastructure Limited is recruiting a Construction Manager for a prestigious super prime residential project based in Oxfordshire. The role focuses on delivering high-end finishes on schedule on a two-year project.

The candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience as Site/Construction Manager, SSSTS/SMSTS, and a construction qualification, with strong leadership and communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Salary: £65,000-£80,000 + Package DOE

We are recruiting for a Construction Manager to join a market-leading main contractor specialising in the super prime residential sector. This opportunity is based on a prestigious project in Oxfordshire, due to run for the next two years.

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager or Construction Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-end residential projects to exceptional standards.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works progress safely, efficiently and in line with the programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams.
• Maintain the highest standards of workmanship, with particular attention to detail and finishes.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues and report against key milestones.
• Liaise with the project team, consultants and client representatives.
• Oversee site health and safety, quality inspections and snagging through to handover.

Requirements
