Job summary

Reinforced Recruitment LTD seeks a Site Manager for a super-prime residential new build in West Sussex. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of high-end finishes.

Ideal candidate brings experience with bespoke new builds (£5m+), leadership, and ability to read drawings, manage programmes and ensure safety and quality throughout handover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-end or super prime residential projects.
• Experience taking projects through internal fit-out and handover.
• Experience coordinating specialist joinery and finishing packages.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activity, taking the project through plastering, second fix, finishes and handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, specialist trades and suppliers to maintain a clear, achievable programme
• Plan trade sequencing and deliveries to prevent delays and protect completed work
• Maintain excellent workmanship across specialist joinery, architectural details and high-end finishes
• Oversee site health and safety, risk assessments and compliance with company procedures
• Report progress to senior management and work closely with the client and design teams
• Manage inspections, snagging and completion to achieve a high standard at handover
