LGH Hotels Management is seeking a Breakfast Chef for the Holiday Inn Bristol-Filton. You will prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard, ensuring quality and attractive presentation to guests starting their day.

Qualifications

• Experience as Breakfast Chef or similar kitchen role.
• Able to work early shifts and breakfast service.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes, including eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, pastries and other breakfast items.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard, with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas, equipment and workstations.
• Support the ordering and management of kitchen supplies and stock levels.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support a smooth and efficient service.
• Keep work areas clean, organised and well maintained.
• Assist with the training and support of junior kitchen team members when required.
