LGH Hotels Management is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team and help start guests' day with well-prepared, appealing breakfast dishes. You will work early shifts, maintain high standards, and collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth service.

The role emphasises quality, routine and teamwork in a busy hotel environment, with opportunities to support junior staff and contribute to ongoing hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Ability to work early shifts and breakfast service.
• Pride in producing well-cooked, well-presented food.
• Understand hygiene, cleanliness and organisation.
• Works calmly in a structured kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes to a high standard.
• Ensure food is presented attractively and served with care.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen areas and stations.
• Assist with the training and support of junior kitchen team members.
• Support ordering and management of kitchen supplies and stock levels.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
