The Derby Midland Hotel, part of LGH Hotels Management Ltd, is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team and help start guests’ day with high‑quality breakfast dishes. You will cook eggs, bacon, sausages and pastries, ensuring presentation and hygiene standards are met.

We value early shifts, teamwork and consistency; benefits include free meals on duty, free parking and wellbeing support. You will work in a busy, customer‑facing kitchen and help train junior colleagues as needed.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Enjoys early shifts and the routine of breakfast service.
• Takes pride in producing well‑cooked, well‑presented food consistently.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes to a high standard.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen and stations.
• Assist with ordering and stock control.
• Follow food safety and health & safety standards.
• Work with the team for a smooth, efficient service.
• Keep work areas tidy and well maintained.
• Assist in training junior kitchen team members.
• Ensure breakfast items are presented attractively.
