Radisson Hotel Group in Peterborough is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our vibrant team. Working 5:30am-2:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays, you will infuse our kitchen with creativity and a passion for gastronomy.

You will support the smooth running of the kitchen, deliver high guest dining experiences, control costs and inventory, and promote our culture and values. The role requires hands-on, problem-solving ability and a commitment to food safety and exceptional service.

• Proven experience in a relevant role in a busy kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
