Job summary

Group 1 Automotive, Mercedes-Benz Norwich, is seeking a receptionist for Sundays (10:00–16:00) to be the first point of contact for customers. You will greet visitors, manage calls, and handle admin tasks to maintain a welcoming showroom environment.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy, customer-facing setting. A positive, proactive attitude and IT proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately record calls & visits, and relay messages in timely manner
• Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries
• Manage customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
• Provide support with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations
