Sytner Group is seeking a friendly Receptionist/Host for Mercedes-Benz of Cheltenham & Gloucester. You’ll greet customers, direct them to the right department and offer refreshments, while handling calls and ensuring a smooth, personal visitor experience.

As part of the Welcome team, you’ll work flexible patterns including weekends, to maintain the highest service levels and customer satisfaction across our dealership. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and preparation skills are required.
• A proactive communicator with management and dealership teams.
• Able to delight customers with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guests as they enter the showroom.
