Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd welcomes you to a nine-week Summer Placement in Systems Engineering at our Luton site. You will work with CS3 engineers on real projects, developing your technical and professional skills while learning from experienced mentors in a supportive team.

You will study an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another STEM subject, and bring curiosity, problem solving and a collaborative mindset to the role.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a STEM field.
• Demonstrates curiosity and enthusiasm for Systems Engineering in industry.
• Shows problem solving, self-motivation and proactive learning.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to investigate a real engineering problem.
• Understand needs of customers and stakeholders.
• Gather and analyse information to support engineering decisions.
• Explore potential solutions and their implications.
