Overview

The goal of this position is to initiate community outreach that brings youth into the corps.

This includes connecting with families that send children to camp, leading weekly youth programs, and

creating a fun and safe environment for youth. The dates of employment are June 9 - September 1 with up to 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Connect with families who are interested in sending kids to camp
• Communicating with camper parents regarding transportation and paperwork
• Transportation for camp
• Initiate youth outreach
• Coordinate weekly youth programs
• Continue communication with Angel Tree families regarding programs

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Complete required KeepSAfe abuse risk management training as defined by the KeepSAfe policy and as assigned by supervisor.
• High School diploma or higher
• Driver’s license
• 1 year of experience
