We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time CRM / Data Analyst to play a vital role in our client’s Children’s Marketing and Communications Department at their children’s charity based in Keele. A full job specification will be provided on application.

About the role

The role of CRM / Data Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that data is fully utilized and analyzed to develop, report, and forecast trends to increase donations, improve volunteering sign-ups
  • Targeting audience participation in fundraising, events, and services
  • Delivering insights by reviewing data and CRM system to identify opportunities
  • Maintaining a customer-centric approach in using data and CRM
  • Nurturing customer journeys to foster loyalty and advocacy
  • Supporting teams with relationship building and training on CRM
  • Championing data analysis with audience segmentation
  • Advising departments on communication and targeting strategies
  • Troubleshooting CRM system issues

Responsibilities

As CRM / Data Analyst, you will:

  • Provide CRM inductions and training
  • Maintain risk register regarding GDPR and CRM issues
  • Act as the point of contact with CRM supplier
  • Stay updated on Raiser’s Edge and GDPR themes
  • Advise on GDPR compliance and best practices
  • Create and implement customer loyalty initiatives
  • Develop engaging customer interaction strategies
  • Use audience research for CRM activity development
  • Become a super-user of CRM tools
  • Analyze data to improve retention rates
  • Integrate CRM into marketing campaigns
  • Support data collection and management across teams

Marketing duties

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to integrate activities
  • Grow and segment the supporter database
  • Extract data from sources
  • Manage subscriber lists
  • Analyze campaign performance and report results
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports

Rewards

The role offers 37.5 hours/week with a salary of approximately £20,000 to £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. The charity is committed to safeguarding children and young people, requiring DBS checks for all roles, including an Enhanced with barred lists DBS check for this position.
