Job summary

MBDA UK is offering a summer placement as a Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence Engineer within the Image Processing UK department. The 10-week program starts in June 2027, with a pro-rata salary of £24,460 and on-site work (4/5 days).

You will own research projects, work with engineers, and have exposure to cutting-edge imaging and AI techniques. Applicants should be current undergraduates in a STEM field.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate working towards a degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or a related STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with research on computer vision, AI, and image processing algorithms.
• Develop and test algorithms using Matlab/Simulink and Python.
• Collaborate with engineers and graduates on real-world MBDA projects.
