Job summary

MBDA UK is offering a Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence Engineer graduate role starting September 2027. You will work within the Image Processing UK department to develop world‑leading algorithms using imaging sensors for precision guidance of missiles.

The two-year programme includes a company bonus up to £2,500, a pension plan, and opportunities for international collaboration. Applicants should be a British citizen or dual national and be prepared for security checks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics (2:2 or higher).
• Security clearance required: BPSS checks after offer and British citizenship/dual UK national status.

Responsibilities

• Utilise image processing, computer vision, AI and computational imaging techniques to research future MBDA products.
• Develop algorithms for classification, detection, tracking and pose estimation within a wider product programme.
