Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd in London is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect to support a critical customer go-live and subsequent hypercare and stabilization activities.

You will provide architectural oversight for cutover, production readiness, and go-live, and handle data migration and post-go-live enhancements while bringing deep integration expertise across SuccessFactors modules.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect

Location: London - Hybrid
Contract: 3+ Months
IR35: Inside IR35
Start: ASAP / aligned to October Go-Live

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect to support a critical customer go-live and subsequent hypercare and stabilisation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to HR IT leadership and project stakeholders.
• Provide architectural oversight for cutover, production readiness and go-live.
• Identify risks, recommend mitigations and support go-live decision-making.
• Provide hands‑on guidance during hypercare and solution stabilisation.
• Support historical data migration and post-go-live Employee Central enhancements.
• Provide broader SuccessFactors expertise, particularly around integrations and cross-module dependencies.

Required Experience

• Proven years' SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Strong knowledge of EC configuration, workflows, business rules, MDF, RBP, integrations and data migration.
• Proven experience across cutover, go-live and hypercare phases.
• Broad SuccessFactors knowledge, with strong integration expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills, with experience engaging senior HR IT/business leaders.

Desirable: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification and experience delivering global, large-scale HR transformation and data migration programmes.

The initial engagement will cover go-live and hypercare, with strong potential for extension into historical data migration and post-go-live enhancements.
