Bridgend College is seeking a dedicated Success Hub Facilitator to support learners in literacy, numeracy and workload organisation, within a welcoming hub environment. This full-time role (37 hours/week, term-time only) is fixed-term maternity cover until 31 August 2027.

The successful candidate will engage learners, facilitate group discussions, monitor progress, and provide targeted support across the academic year, with DBS checks and Right to Work verification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide group or individual support to learners, monitoring progress, especially in literacy, numeracy and workload organisation.
• Facilitate group discussions and learner journey activities throughout the academic year.
• Create an engaging and welcoming environment in the Success Hub and encourage active participation in all tasks.
