Job summary

Teamforce Labour is seeking an experienced EUSR Persons Ganger to start Monday at the Isle of Grain, Kent. You will lead and coordinate a gang, allocate daily tasks, and ensure that all works are performed to the highest safety standards within the substation environment.

The role requires valid EUSR qualification, CSCS card, and proven substation gang leadership. Familiarity with National Grid or substation settings is advantageous, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and site

Qualifications

Valid EUSR Persons qualification.
Valid CSCS Card.
Experience as Ganger on substation projects.
Strong health and safety understanding.
Ability to lead and coordinate a team.
Experience in National Grid/substation environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

Leading and coordinating operatives carrying out works within the substation.
Allocating daily tasks and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
Ensuring all site rules, RAMS and safe systems of work are followed.
Liaising with Site Supervisors and management regarding progress.
Monitoring workmanship and maintaining high standards on site.
Ensuring the team works safely within the requirements of the substation environment.
Maintaining good housekeeping and site standards throughout the works.
