Job summary

Teamforce Labour Ltd is seeking an experienced EUSR Persons Groundworker to start on Monday at the Isle of Grain. The role requires a valid EUSR Persons qualification and CSCS card, with groundworks experience around substations. You will work safely within RAMS guidelines and support trades and plant operators on site.

Experience in National Grid or substations is advantageous. Teamwork and strong safety understanding are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid EUSR Persons qualification.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Groundworks experience, ideally in a substation.
• Good understanding of site health & safety.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous National Grid/substation experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general groundworks within the substation.
• Assisting with excavation and preparation works.
• Concrete works and reinstatement.
• Working safely around existing services and infrastructure.
• Following RAMS and site-specific safe systems of work.
• Assisting trades and plant operators when required; maintaining high standards of workmanship and housekeeping.
• Following instructions from the Ganger and Site Supervisor.
