HMP LancasterFarms is a busy Category C male prison where Practice Plus Group delivers primary care and substance misuse services across wings, clinics, inpatient facilities and reception.

You will join a dedicated Recovery Team helping patients who wish to make changes in their behaviour to promote health and wellbeing through recovery from drugs and alcohol, with an induction and ongoing training to support you in delivering high-quality care.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to join our team at HMP LancasterFarms. HMP LancasterFarms is a busy Category C male prison, currently holding around 550 males, and expanding by another 200. Practice Plus Group provides primary care and substance misuse services across the wings, clinic areas, inpatient facilities, and reception services. Join the Recovery Team and empower those whom wish to make changes in their behaviour to promote health and well‑being through recovery from drugs and alcohol. This is a crucial role within the healthcare team, making a real difference to patients, and delivering outstanding care.

Hours

This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are Monday - Friday, between 8am - 7pm (shifts within these times)

Salary

This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary of £29,264 - £33,510 per annum.
