An award winning community drug and alcohol misuse charity is looking for a Lead Nurse to join their senior clinical team in Northamptonshire. This unique role comes with a competitive salary of up to £52,221, sociable working hours and more excellent benefits.
Benefits package includes:- Annual salary ranging from £49,950 - £52,221 DOE
- Sociable working hours, predominantly Mon - Fri / 9am - 5pm

This position is an excellent opportunity for an RGN or RMN who has a passion for substance misuse treatment. As Lead Nurse, you will be working closely with the Lead Doctor and NMP to ensure that local services are delivering the highest standards of clinical care. You will effectively manage and develop all nursing staff, as well as provide leadership and guidance to the wider MDT.
As Lead Nurse, you will:- Assure that integrated pathways are in place for service users
- Ensure the clinical model is effective and in line with company policy and national guidance
- Undertake regular CPD and create an environment that encourages your team to learn and develop
- Manage the clinical aspects of implementations of new clinical developmentswithin the service asrequired
- Attend, organise and chair (as required) relevant clinical advisory groups and committees and partnership meetings, to ensure appropriate representation of services
- Work alongside the Lead Doctor (and or Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) to formulate, plan and implement individual treatment programmes to ensure safety and optimise outcomes for service users.
