The Alcohol and Drug Service (ADS) is seeking a Substance Misuse Case Manager to join the Criminal Justice Team in Doncaster. You will work with courts, probation, prisons and partner agencies to support individuals affected by substance misuse on their journey to recovery.

We value compassionate, resilient candidates with experience in substance misuse or related fields and hold a relevant degree or health/social care qualification.

About the role

As part of our Criminal Justice Team, you'll support people whose lives have been affected by substance misuse and involvement with the criminal justice system.

Working closely with courts, probation services, prisons and partner agencies, you'll help individuals address the challenges that contribute to offending, supporting them on their journey towards recovery, stability and a more positive future.

This is a rewarding role for someone who is compassionate, resilient and committed to helping people achieve meaningful change.

About you

We're looking for someone who has experience of working in substance misuse or a related field and is passionate about supporting people to reach their potential.

You will hold one of the following:

• A relevant degree such as Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related discipline; or
• A Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
• A Level 3 qualification in Tackling Substance Misuse (or equivalent)

We're also proud to support newly qualified Social Workers through the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme.

What we offer

In return for your commitment, you'll receive:

• Salary of £26,682 - £32,559, depending on experience.
• 29 days annual leave, increasing to 31 days after two years and 34 days after five years, plus public holidays.
