Job summary

Alcohol & Drug Service (ADS) in Doncaster is seeking passionate individuals to join Aspire, a recovery-focused service delivering person-centred support to adults facing substance use challenges. You will work within community hubs to help clients achieve recovery goals through coordinated care and psychosocial interventions.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree such as Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related discipline.
• A Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
• A Level 3 qualification in Tackling Substance Misuse (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Case management and care coordination.
• One-to-one psychosocial interventions.
• Harm reduction advice and support.
• Monitoring and supporting prescribed treatment alongside clinical colleagues.
• Working in partnership with agencies to develop holistic recovery plans.

About the Role

Our Community Teams support adults facing a range of complex challenges associated with substance use. Based within local community hubs, you'll play a vital role in helping people achieve their recovery goals through:

• Case management and care coordination
• One-to-one psychosocial interventions
• Harm reduction advice and support
• Monitoring and supporting prescribed treatment alongside clinical colleagues
• Working in partnership with a range of agencies to develop holistic recovery plans that promote long-term wellbeing, independence, and resilience

We're looking for enthusiastic, compassionate individuals who are committed to supporting people to create positive change.

You will hold one of the following:

• A relevant degree such as Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related discipline; or
