GHG Solutions Ltd is seeking a seasoned Subsidence Regional Manager to lead the Subsidence Specialist Team regionally. You will drive high-quality claims handling, mentor staff and build strong client relationships across insurers and stakeholders.

The role demands leadership excellence, deep subsidence knowledge, and a track record of achieving operational targets, with travel within the region as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, risk management or related field.
• 5+ years in subsidence claims management, with supervisory experience.
• In-depth knowledge of subsidence principles, investigations and repair techniques.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of subsidence specialists to achieve targets.
• Oversee end-to-end subsidence claims within the region.
• Review complex claims for coverage, liability and settlements.
• Provide guidance on difficult cases and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with insurers, underwriters and risk assessors.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
