Job summary

GHG Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Subsidence Regional Manager to lead a specialist team across the assigned region. You will oversee end-to-end subsidence claims, drive performance, and maintain strong client relationships within a high-quality claims management environment.

The role requires proven leadership in subsidence claims management, a strong technical background, and the ability to meet operational targets while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years in subsidence claims management, supervisory/managerial role ideal.
• Strong knowledge of subsidence principles, investigations and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with relevant insurance policies, regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of subsidence specialists to achieve goals.
• Provide guidance, training and mentoring to team members.
• Oversee end-to-end subsidence claims management within the region.
• Collaborate with insurers, underwriters and risk assessors on strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, conduct audits and implement improvements.
• Establish and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare reports on claims activities, performance metrics and trends.
