Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Subsidence Indemnity Manager, a remote-based role with nationwide travel for subsidence claim visits mostly in the Midlands and South East England. You will drive best practice in subsidence claims, leveraging data-driven insights to reduce spend and improve customer outcomes.

You will oversee suppliers, conduct site visits, and collaborate with the indemnity insights team to apply new tech for cost-effective claims resolution.

Qualifications

• Expertise in diagnosing subsidence, heave, landslip and structural damage.
• Strong understanding of investigation, mitigation and repair of ground movement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with data storytelling ability.

Responsibilities

• Understand liability, repair strategies, and customer outcomes for subsidence.
• Conduct subsidence enquiries, investigations and audits.
• Oversee subsidence suppliers and identify outliers or risks.
• Identify indemnity opportunities and areas for customer-service improvements.
• Collaborate to apply new tech to optimize claims spend on subsidence.
• Conduct site visits nationwide to validate damage causes and risks.
• Lead claim forums to track type, progress and duration.
• Provide ad-hoc technical case support and risk analysis.
• Share expertise to support team development and continuous improvement.
