Siemens Energy Limited in Ulverston is seeking a Quality Professional to strengthen quality management across products, processes and projects. You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Supply Chain to identify risks early and translate insights into practical improvements, supporting our Quality Management System and audits.

This role combines quality expertise with hands-on problem solving, driving Lean improvements, PDCA and data-driven decision making.

Competenze

Experience with Quality Management, Quality Engineering or Continuous Improvement.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems e.g., ISO 9001.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends and translate findings into actions.
Experience supporting audits, compliance activities or management-system improvements.
Interest in using digital tools and data to improve transparency and decision-making.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels.

Mansioni

Strengthen the Quality Management System across Subsea products, processes and projects.
Drive preventive quality by identifying risks and recurring issues early.
Create transparency through data analysis of quality performance and customer feedback.
Improve processes end-to-end using Lean methods like PDCA and Value Stream Mapping.
