Job summary

Siemens Energy Limited in Lincoln is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to drive quality excellence across the SGT business. You will oversee internal audits, manage the Integrated Management System, and report on quality performance to key stakeholders.

You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, coordinate cross-functional improvement workstreams, and support annual cost-reduction targets while ensuring processes remain compliant and aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in quality assurance and quality management systems.
• Experience with auditing and continuous improvement in technical/manufacturing environments.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the internal audit programme.
• Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System.
• Capture, monitor, and report quality performance metrics.
• Lead quality improvement programmes across the business.
