Baker Hughes is seeking a Project Planner to lead scheduling for large subsea projects in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on ensuring schedule quality and on-time delivery, coordinating with engineering, procurement and manufacturing, and providing clear updates to management and customers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor/Master’s in Engineering/Math/Science and strong experience with Primavera P6, with Oracle MRP knowledge considered a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering/Math/Science or equivalent.
• Experience in planning, preferably in oil & gas/subsea industries or large-scale manufacturing.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 planning tool and scheduling practices.
• Knowledge of Oracle MRP is considered a plus.
• Ability to translate schedule status into execution realities and identify risks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the overall project schedule quality and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with product line planners, engineering planners, and execution teams (engineering, procurement, manufacturing).
• Support project management with 3–6 week look-ahead, schedule risks, mitigations, and reporting.
• Provide schedule updates to customers and explain challenges and opportunities.
• Adhere to approved processes and drive integrated planning initiatives.
• Deliver proactive, high-energy planning support for large subsea projects.
