Job summary

Global Marine Group in Chelmsford, Essex, seeks an experienced Engineering Instructor to join the Training School. You will deliver practical and theoretical training in Universal Jointing and related disciplines to internal staff and international customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a training qualification.
• Proven experience as an instructor/trainer with a technical engineering background.
• Able to adapt training to diverse international participants.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Training School schedule.
• Deliver training courses for internal staff and external customers.
• Adapt coaching style to different cultural backgrounds and account for trainee needs.
• Ensure equipment and materials are available and maintained for future courses.
• Oversee post-training maintenance and housekeeping practices for tools.
