Job summary

Our Client is seeking an Engineering Planner for SPS Projects and Services to develop and manage detailed engineering schedules, coordinate scope activities, and plan engineering resources to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role is hybrid, based in Reading/Wokingham with potential travel. Contract up to 12 months, with an initial PAYE hourly rate of £25 and a focus on collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject or industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of planning and scheduling experience in oil & gas, preferably SPS.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update detailed engineering schedules for SPS projects and services.
• Coordinate engineering activities with project managers, engineers and stakeholders.
• Provide resource capacity charts and optimize resource utilization.
• Identify schedule risks and implement mitigation actions.
