Job summary

Client, a leading provider of subsea production systems services, seeks an Engineering Planner for SPS projects in Reading. The role focuses on developing detailed schedules, coordinating engineering activities, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery in a hybrid office-based setting with some travel.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of planning experience in oil and gas, preferably SPS, and strong organizational and collaboration skills across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in planning/scheduling in oil and gas, preferably SPS.
• Experience delivering complex engineering schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed engineering schedules for SPS projects.
• Coordinate scope activities and resource planning for engineering groups.
• Maintain schedules and reports, monitor progress and risks.
• Prepare schedule reports and KPI metrics.
• Conduct regular engineering progress meetings and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams and stakeholders.
