weServed is seeking a Submarine Waterfront Representative in the UK to act as a vital link between submarine design and maintenance. You will influence long-term engineering outcomes and ensure future submarine platforms are maintainable and supportable.

This role offers 35 hours work per week with flexible hybrid arrangements. Ideal candidates will have significant submarine experience and an engineering qualification. Comprehensive benefits include generous holidays, pension schemes, and more.

Qualifications

• Substantial submarine waterfront experience across multiple maintenance or delivery programmes.
• Strong understanding of submarine systems support, deep maintenance or commissioning environments.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

• Provide expert waterfront insight into submarine design to ensure future platforms are maintainable, supportable and safe.
• Influence design decisions by identifying risks and opportunities.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
