Protocol Education is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Subject-Specific Teaching Assistants to support pupils within primary schools across Greenwich and Lewisham.
Whether your strength lies in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Arts, Music, or PE, this is a fantastic opportunity to use your subject expertise to help children develop confidence, achieve their targets, and foster a love of learning.
Deliver targeted interventions and booster sessions
Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Reinforce classroom learning across your specialist subject
Work closely with teachers to raise attainment and engagement
Adapt learning activities to meet individual pupil needs
Encourage confidence, curiosity, and independent learning
Support pupils across KS1 and KS2
Has strong knowledge in a particular subject area
Has experience working with children or young people
Is confident supporting learning and academic progress
Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Is passionate about education and pupil development
Can inspire and motivate children to achieve their best

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
