Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 (Years 1-6)? Protocol Education is working with a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools acrossLewisham looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally while gaining valuable experience in a variety of school settings.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supporting teaching and learning across Years 1-6
• Delivering small group interventions in English and Maths
• Providing 1:1 support where required
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs and SEN
• Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management
• Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
• Working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure positive outcomes

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Has experience working with children aged 5-11 (Years 1-6)
• Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
• Has a positive, proactive, and flexible approach
• Builds strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Is committed to supporting children's educational development
