Protocol Education is recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a network of welcoming primary schools in Lewisham and Greenwich. You will support pupils across EYFS to KS2, deliver targeted interventions, and work closely with teachers to create a positive classroom environment.

We offer ongoing CPD, consistent consultant support, and long-term, flexible opportunities within our partner schools. Start dates are ASAP with options for permanent progression into HLTA or teacher training

Qualifications

• A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience working within a primary school setting.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• A positive, proactive and adaptable approach.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 to achieve their full potential.
• Deliver targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy and phonics.
• Provide classroom support alongside the class teacher.
• Support pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD and speech and language needs.
• Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
