Job Description:

Parsons is hiring a Subject Matter Expert - Mobility to support the NEOM THE LINE Program. The role offers the opportunity to be based in London or at the NEOM site.

Major duties:

1. Manage supply chain activities, including procurement, transportation, storage, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
2. Coordinate with the leadership team on logistics support and planning.
3. Develop and manage the Annual Program Plan (APP) and budget.
4. Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and codes.
5. Coordinate with authorities for shipping and receipt of materials to KSA, ensuring safe and compliant storage.
6. Ensure efficient and cost-effective deployment of resources.
7. Implement and maintain a safety program prioritizing workplace safety.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

1. BSc or B.A. in logistics, supply chain, operations management, business administration, distribution, transportation, or materials management from an accredited institution. An MSc or MBA is desirable.
2. 25+ years of relevant experience managing logistics and mobility operations.
3. Proven experience developing innovative logistics and mobility practices that promote continuous improvement.
