Job Title: Global Mobility Tax Manager

Location: London Office, WC2B

Salary: Up to £75,000!

What You'll Be Doing -

Client Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead and manage your own diverse portfolio of prestigious global clients
• Provide expert tax advice directly to Finance professionals, HR teams, founders, and C-suite executives
• Guide clients through complex global mobility matters - from core compliance to strategic planning
• Resolve complex international tax queries and deliver project solutions

Business Development & Growth:

• Proactively manage existing client relationships to identify new opportunities
• Contribute to marketing initiatives using traditional and social media platforms
• Assist in winning new business and expanding our global mobility practice
• Coach and mentor team members to drive collective success

Technical Excellence:

• Ensure delivery of technically excellent, high-quality work across all projects
• Stay at the forefront of global mobility tax developments and regulations
• Lead innovative solutions for complex international tax challenges

The Individual -

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong background in tax, ideally with global mobility exposure
• ATT and/or CTA desirable but not essential - they value talent and potential
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Business development mindset with commercial awareness
• Leadership capabilities with coaching experience
