Key Responsibilities
\u003cul\u003cli\u003eAct as a key advisor on the usage and development of Niche and Pronto systems.\u003c/li\u003cli\u003eUndertake technical configuration of systems in agreement with ICT.\u003c/li\u003cli\u003eMaintain and improve systems to meet evolving business requirements.\u003c/li\u003cli\u003eDocument and analyse feedback, ensuring user needs are met efficiently.\u003c/li\u003c/ul\u003c/h3\u003h3\u003c/h3\u003
Essential Criteria
\u003cul\u003cli\u003eA degree or equivalent relevant work experience.\u003c/li\u003cli\u003eExtensive operational and technical knowledge of Niche and Pronto systems or similar operational systems.\u003c/li\u003cli\u003eOperational knowledge of business areas impacted by RMS, such as Crime, Intelligence, Safeguarding, and Custody.\u003c/li\u003cli\u003eStrong negotiating skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.\u003c/li\u003cli\u003eExcellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.\u003c/li\u003cli\u003eProven ability to draught detailed reports and work collaboratively within teams.\u003c/li\u003c/ul\u003c/h3\u003h3\u003c/h3\u003
