The Ramsey Academy was judged to be ‘good’ for the Quality of Education, Leadership and Management, and Personal Development in its 2024 Ofsted inspection. A new Executive Head and Head of School took up post in April 2025, both fully committed to high achievement for all.
Geography is part of the humanities faculty, which includes Geography, History, and R.S. It is led by a very experienced and successful Head of Faculty. Geography is a popular G.C.S.E. option.
We seek to appoint a passionate, highly motivated individual to lead this subject area. The successful candidate will contribute to developing a challenging and engaging curriculum, plan for future departmental growth, and expand community links locally and nationally.
The candidate will be expected to teach Geography up to and including G.C.S.E.
