• Lead development and implementation of subcontracting strategy for the project.
• Manage market engagement, bidder shortlisting and tender strategies.
• Oversee prequalification, tendering, evaluation criteria, and award recommendations.
• Define commercial models and contract forms; ensure alignment with scope maturity and risk.
• Govern governance, change, and close-out for awarded subcontracts; ensure flow-down of obligations.
