Job summary

Alternative Heat Ltd. is seeking a proactive Subcontractor Coordinator to manage end-to-end subcontractor activities at the Banbridge Head Office. You will coordinate tender processes, onboarding, and delivery while maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and internal teams.

The role requires commercial awareness, ability to handle multiple packages, and focus on timely, accurate execution. You will report to the Head of Commercial and work in a permanent full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of subcontractor management.
• Tendering and contractor selection processes.
• Due diligence and compliance with contractual, safety and company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and tender new subcontractors and manage RFQs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management and Commercial teams to define scopes.
• Coordinate work packages and materials; monitor workloads and performance.
• Lead regular progress meetings to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain accurate records and continuously improve subcontractor management processes.
