Production Coordinator

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm

Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience

Reporting to: Head of Manufacturing and Assembly

What We Do: We specialise in the design, supply, and installation of a wide range of prefabricated energy solutions, typically built in NI and shipped throughout the UK & Europe. We also offer turnkey design, build, and operate solutions for commercial energy centres and large-scale district heating solutions and have experience with successfully procuring and delivering many similar packages to a wide range of public bodies throughout UK & Europe.

Team Overview: The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial mobilisation through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and onsite teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Role Overview: Due to continued growth, we are looking to integrate a Production Co-Ordinator to support our growing manufacturing and assembly team in our Scarva sites and Banbridge HQ. This post is permanent contract. It is an amazing opportunity for a candidate that wants to gain experience with a progressive and dynamic company to further their career. The Production Co-Ordinator is responsible for ensure materials are available for any works taking place in this yard and that any pipework/frames are inspected when returned from a subcontractor and updated as received on Fieldview (training provided).
